These groups meets to engage in a variety of contemplative practices such as Lectio Divina, Centering Prayer, Welcoming Prayer, developing Breath Prayers, Journaling, and other creative expressions of prayer.

Lectio Divina” is a Latin phrase that means “divine reading.” It is a way to read Scripture that allows us to set aside our own ideas and open ourselves to what God wants to tell us.
